You can't go wrong with a classic, and Pantone's latest Color of the Year is just that. Classic Blue is a familiar shade of blue that is a dramatic departure from the vibrant and energetic Coral from last year.
"We are living in a time that requires trust and faith. It is this kind of constancy and confidence that is expressed by Pantone 19-4052 Classic Blue, a solid and dependable blue hue we can always rely on,” explained Pantone Color Institute's executive director Leatrice Eiseman in the official press release.
While Classic Blue may be the color of your favorite pair of jeans, we didn't include any denim in this year's fabric round-up.
