Vans HeadQuarters by Rapt Studio
If you are looking for the Brady chair or barstool, you won’t find it. In fact, this rad office cafe at the Vans headquarters uses the Brady pedestal table. The Brady table was specified using a circular maple top—a shape rarely seen with this angular table base. The final design is spectacular. It balances wood accents, round shapes, and punchy graphics to achieve that signature Vans aesthetic.

Fort Street Galley
This Detroit food hall seats 225 people and features an impressive line-up of emerging restaurateurs. In the spirit of building community, designers specified our Dylan communal tables and benches in natural maple to fill the center of the dining room. Two tops with walnut table tops offer a nice alternative to the communal experience for a more intimate evening.

Campbell’s Donuts
Designed by our friends at Ferris & Company who also created our favorite ‘90s themed restaurant, comes this delightful boutique donut shop. We love how they used light pink to accent the table bases, a reference to sprinkles on he sprinkles on our favorite donuts. The color also breaks up all of the wood in this space in a really intentional way.

Alto Pizza Kitchen and Bar
This Kentucky pizza kitchen brings a refined approach to the industrial aesthetic. Owners opted for pedestal and communal tables and then paired them with a modern mixed material dining chair, and a more traditional Windsor-style chair. They made the bar even more comfortable by spec’ing upholstered barstools in a black stain. The minimal color palette is calming, but the use of honey stain on the table tops and Sadie II chairs really warm up the space.

Workshop
This Charleston food hall celebrates simplicity and the result is an airy, bright, and modern interior. By keeping the finishes simple, using only white, black and light woods the space really highlights the beauty of natural materials and glossy metals. The natural variation in the solid wood table tops (maple with natural topcoat) pop against the concrete floors and ink black bases.

Just for fun let’s take things outdoors with these lavender Opla tables at Deco Pizzeria. Over the years we’ve seen color play an increasingly important role in restaurant design and branding, and you shouldn’t be afraid to use color on your tables either.
