The secret’s out: we launched our first direct-to-consumer brand called Only Good Things. We’re taking our 20 years of design and manufacturing experience coupled with our love of playful, modern furniture and bringing it to design lovers everywhere.
Just like Grand Rapids Chair, Only Good Things features original designs, playful and classic finishes, and all products are tested to BIFMA standards. After a difficult year, home has taken on a new meaning. We noticed our own kitchen tables become a classroom, an office, a rec room, and so much more. They also fell apart, which provided further impetus to bring our commercial-grade products to homes everywhere.
While most residential furniture brands focus on the living room, we’re concentrating on the kitchen and dining room. We offer American-made solid wood tables, contemporary dining chairs and stools, and an outdoor dining collection. The finishes are classic. You will find most products are finished in black, white, or natural wood. However, each collection offers a nuanced finish palette.
For example, one iteration of the Sherman chair includes the Check print by Alexander Girard. Our Harper stools offer a luxurious contract-grade rust-colored velvet. Our outdoor dining collection is finished in a modern, contemporary palette of Dusty Blue, Olive Green, Rust, or Honey Yellow. The entire OGT collection has a transitional feel that plays well with classic, midcentury, or minimalist aesthetics.
